In a free consultation session, we'll be exclusively dedicated to you for 45 minutes. We'll discuss your previous experiences, your goals, and how you'd like to drive in the future.
Building on this, we'll develop a recommendation that suits you – not just on paper, but also on the road.
Where do you want to go? What routes and distances are you planning? Are you looking for maximum speed, more comfort, or a versatile bike for different uses? The more precisely we understand your requirements, the better the result will be.
When purchasing a bicycle, bike fitting is included in the purchase price. We determine your optimal riding position, taking into account your flexibility, personal preferences, any physical complaints, and the intended use of the bicycle. This way, we not only select the correct frame size, but the correct bicycle.
We don't present you with an endless number of similar models. Based on your goals and bike fitting, we make a well-informed preliminary selection. We then clearly explain the differences, advantages, and potential compromises. The decision is still yours – but it will be significantly easier.
In addition to the classic purchase, we also offer financing and bicycle leasing through the usual providers. We will explain the options to you and support you with the process.
The frame, groupset, wheels, cockpit, and contact points are all considered as a complete system. Together, we will assemble your bicycle so that technology, ride characteristics, aesthetics, and budget harmonise effectively.
Your bicycle will be carefully assembled, adjusted, and inspected in our workshop. Upon handover, we will explain all the important functions and settings to you. If requested, we can take your first ride together on Tempelhofer Feld and take our time for any final adjustments.
In the initial consultation, we'll learn about your goals, experience, and any concerns. Using a tried-and-tested questionnaire, we'll gather your requirements and create the foundation for further fitting.
We will measure your existing bicycle and transfer its geometry to our fitting bike. For a planned new purchase, we start with a neutral starting position and gradually develop your optimal geometry from there.
While you ride the fitting bike, we capture your movements with our 3D software. The measurement data is combined with the trained eye of the bike fitter and your personal riding sensation. We then adjust the position in a controlled and understandable manner.
To conclude, we'll document your current and your optimised position. If you have an existing bicycle, you'll receive concrete recommendations for any necessary changes. If you're buying a new bike, we'll determine suitable geometries, frame sizes, and models. Any desired modifications can then be carried out in our workshop.
